Fast in Hot Laps setting track record times. Right Rear torsion arm broke while battling for lead in Heat Race and sent car into wall and turned it over once.

Finished 2^nd in Heat Race & transferred to the Dash. Had to drive most of heat race with one arm to be able to hold car in gear.

Finished 5^th in Dash to start 5^th in the 25 Lap A-Main. Finished 6^th in the A-Main to earn the Earl’s Indy “Tough as Steel” Award for the highest finishing steel block car.

Started 19^th in the 25 Lap A-Main and finished 15^th but was paid for 17^th. The track had Line-up & Scoring issues all night.
